Welcome Pierce Veterans
Welcome to Pierce College Veterans's website. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment for veterans and their dependents and to assist them with the services they need to receive VA benefits and to become a success at Pierce College.
The Financial Aid, Scholarships and Veterans Office is designed as a liaison between you as a veteran and the Veterans Administraion. Our friendly Financial Aid and Veterans Office Staff will be available to answer any questions you may have and will assist you in applying for both financial aid and veterans benefits. Our Veterans Staff will forward all documents required by the Veterans Administration directly to their Muskogee Regional Office.

News You Can Use
The US Veterans Administration announced that due to the delay of delivering educational benefits, Veterans may now apply for an emergency advance payment at one of the VA’s 57 regional offices. Veterans will need to supply a photo ID and evidence of their enrollment such as a course schedule to request for the advance of up to $3,000. Please note that the amount of the emergency advance payment will be deducted from future benefit payments.
Veterans may also apply online at www.va.gov starting Oct 2nd. The online application will guide Veterans through the process to supply needed information. Veterans who apply online will receive their emergency payments through the mail after processing.
