Foster and Kinship Care Education classes provide quality education and support opportunities for care givers of children and youth in out-of-home care enabling these providers to meet the educational, emotional, behavioral and developmental needs of the children in their care.

Outreach, education and training for foster youth ages 14-21 is provided to help them develop independent living skills, assess them educationally, and give them a connection to the college.
