Federation for Aging Research (AFAR) have launched a newresource for

improving access to health and medical researchinformation for older

adults. The web-based, interactive, self-study program iscalled

"Health Compass." It is designed to help olderadults and their

caregivers become better informed participants anddecision-makers in

their health care, by improving their ability to access,evaluate and

act on aging health and research information.
